A fun, fast paced boxing class – blending a mixture of boxing bag and pad work with strength and conditioning training to improve speed, fitness, agility and power. You will work on the boxing bags and pads to challenge your fitness - split between floor work with a combination of bodyweight and weighted exercises to improve strength and stamina. Gloves are provided but feel welcome to bring your own. Moderate to Advanced class.

Very good for core/abdominal work and particularly beneficial for people with joint/back problems or injury recovery. Buoyancy equipment may be worn if desired.
