Profile
Caroline qualified as an Aquafit instructor with the Amateur Swimming Association in September 1993, after having taught swimming for a number of years. She started Aqua classes immediately at Fort Regent before transferring to Les Quennevais Sports Centre when the Fort pool closed.

She attends the annual Speedo Convention each August in Loughboroush to keep up to date with the latest skills.

Her hobbies include travelling, walking, swimming and cycling.

Specialities
Caroline holds certificates for shallow and deep aqua as well as the use of dumbbells, cuffs and noodles. She attends the annual Speedo Convention each August in Nottingham to keep up to date with the latest skills.

Qualifications
ASA Aquafit, Shallow & Deep Aqua (including use of dumbbells, cuffs and noodles), Gymnastics and Keep-Fit. Caroline also holds First Person On Scene and First Aid certificates as is an acting member of the States of Jersey Ambulance Support Unit.
