Induction Days and Times
All students signing up for a membership for the first time must attend an Induction Session.
Inductions last around one hour and can be booked at the following times:
Monday and Tuesday
- 8am to 12pm
- 2:30pm to 4:30pm
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- 8am to 12pm
- 2:30pm to 6:30pm
Saturday
- 8am to 11am
- 2pm
- 3pm
Sunday
- 9:30am
- 11:30am
- 1:30pm
Monday to Friday
- 9am
- 7pm
Saturday and Sunday
- 9am
Workout anywhere with our free on demand workouts with MoveAnywhere included in your Active membership.
MoveAnywhere features 60 on demand workouts including Yoga, Pilates, full body workouts, Bodypump, Core, HIIT, Low impact workouts and more.
