"I have a long sporting career in swimming since 1979 a huge number of years, running parallel to a normal job as a computer wiz, programmer since 1987.
Swimming Career achievements are from running a Learn-to-Swim program for 22 years to head coach for ' Jersey swimming club’. Assisting/Coaching ages from 4 to 72 with very mixed abilities {deafness to totally blind}. Also running a lifesaving/lifeguarding club.
My teaching style is deep down to the ‘FUN’damental’s, to guide you to develop yourself.
Sporting achievements in swimming are:
Completing various of Round Island swims to swimming the English channel, to itemise them its worth a google.
I hold three world records; one back in 2004, a 12 hour swimming challenge at Le Quennevais pool, covering 41.9km or 1676 lenghts.
A recent fun one, solo entry in the Jersey Swimarathon doing 54 laps (2.7 km) Butterfly."
