With over 100 fitness classes each week across Les Quennevais and Springfield, there’s something for everyone!
We offer a wide range of group fitness classes, from Pilates to HIIT, catering for all abilities. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to push your limits, our professional instructors are here to provide the support and guidance you need for the best results.
Our class programme is designed with adults in mind. To book a class, you should be 16 years or older. Some classes may be suitable for 14–15-year-olds, provided they are accompanied by an adult and permitted at the instructor’s discretion.
Please note that under-14s are not permitted to participate in Active classes.
To ensure everyone enjoys their time in the class, we kindly ask that you follow these simple rules:
- Make your choice before you book. Many classes are in high demand, booking multiple classes in the same time slot means you’re blocking another members opportunity to attend their favourite class. Please only book one session in the same time slot so we can support as many members as possible in their fitness journey.
- Cancel your booking as soon as possible, if you are unable to attend, so others can take your place.
- Use the lockers provided in changing rooms for your belongings, we don’t want to inadvertently cause trip hazards in the studio.
- Arrive on time or a few minutes early if you can, to ensure you are set up and ready for the start of the class.
- Dress appropriately for the class, including suitable footwear.
- Consider others during the session, respecting everyone's space and experience level.
- Make friends and have fun but do give the instructor your full attention and follow their guidance, as they are there to ensure your safety and help you maintain good form.
- Do not exercise beyond your limits. We're here to help however your health is your responsibility.
- Refrain from using your phone during the class. If you wish to take photos or videos, please ask for permission first.
- Tidy up after yourself and return any equipment to its proper place.
- Do not consume food during the class.
