Langford

There is a five-lane 25m swimming pool with pool hoist for use by schools and clubs only. The pool is not open to the public.

The gym at Langford includes Treadmills, Static Bikes, Crosstrainers, Rowing Machines, Leg extension, leg press, multi cable machine, bicep curl, tricep extension, squat rack and various medicine balls and kettlebells.

The hall can accommodate badminton, basketball, hockey, cricket and 5-a-side.

The Dance Studio has mirrors and a sprung floor.

The climbing wall is about 7m high, has 7 top-ropes and 3 auto belays, comprising roughly 30 routes. Professional route-setting is completed twice a year. The grades range from 4 to 7c+, with the majority or routes being around the 6a grade. Trampolining is also accommodated.

The ball court can be used for football and netball.
