What are the low impact classes on offer?
Gentle Circuits:
This class combines gentle movements, light resistance training, and soothing stretches. Our expert instructors will guide you through a series of carefully curated exercises to promote strength, flexibility, and balance – all within the comfort of a welcoming and supportive community.

Chair Fit:
This is a 45-minute dynamic and inclusive exercise class designed to elevate your fitness journey while using the stability of a chair. This class is perfect for individuals of all fitness levels, providing a low impact, yet effective workout that focuses on strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.

Gentle Aqua:
This is 45-minute gentle exercise class in water to music, ideal for anyone with reduced mobility.

Our low impact classes are available for both Active members and non-members. Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance via the Active Jersey app or by calling 01534 449888.
