Yin Yoga is a quiet contemplative practice. It works deeply into your body with longer held poses of 3 to 5 minutes whilst targeting and stretching both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas, helping to regulate the body's flow of energy.

Ride Rush is a Virtual 30-minute cycling class that is both challenging and inspiring. Rush classes are HIIT (high intensity interval training) focused. Studio riders experience the rush of an empowering class, and the well-documented post-workout benefits of interval training.

Ride Race is a 45-minute virtual cycling class that builds power and strength with a focus on training in the correct intensity zones. This workout is ideal for the cycling enthusiast who enjoys a ride challenge. Race longer, climb higher and get stronger in our be-powerful Ride Race workout.

A condensed 30-minute class with a combination of boxing pad work and a mixture of body weight exercises designed to improve skills and stamina. 

Pilates classes are full body workouts designed to create long, lean muscles, strengthen back and abdominals, improve balance, flexibility, posture and coordination. Various equipment may be used such as resistance bands, hand weights and mini balls. You will leave this class feeling great.

BODYPUMP TECHNIQUE is essential if it's your first time trying BODYPUMP. Beginners must attend an initial 15 minute session prior to a class which is dedicated to technique for beginners.

Les Mills Bodypump - A total body barbell workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. Available as either 60 minutes or 45 minute workout. Our Bodypump instructors will coach you through Scientifically backed moves and tecniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music. Build Strength, get lean and toned, work all major muscles.

This class is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced fitness levels.

A 60 minute session integrating Hatha Yoga and Pilates, mainly to bring greater awareness and develop the body in a balanced way.

Accompanied by soothing music the class is moved through a series of floor exercises (the main emphasis on spinal & pelvic alignment, breathing, developing a strong core or centre and improving coordination and balance).

Incorporating both matwork exercises from Pilates and Yoga to warm up the body and prepare the student for more challenging standing work later in the class.

Exercises are modified in range of ability from beginners to advanced. Intensity also increased over time as the body adapts.

Classes end in a traditional way with relaxation and meditation.
