About me

"I have worked at Fort Regent and Les Quennevais for more than half my life and am currently working as a Sales Advisor in the Active Office. My passion is teaching. I can be seen in and around Les Quennevais Pool teaching Aquaerobic classes and Swimtots funtime. I also love to teach Spinning and pride myself on giving customers a really good workout whether in the pool or on the bike".
